After the boycott action in year 1956 (refer Appendix A) 5, IKEA knows how important their suppliers mean to them.

With wide range of suppliers (refer appendix B), IKEA able to get their product in low price and fulfill their strategy as the cost leader (refer appendix C) in the market.

Since most of the product in IKEA are sold in ‘Flat Packs’ (refer Appendix A), IKEA emphasis strictly on quality control (refer appendix D) to ensure that product delivered to their customer are in good condition.
