风景

自己也挺喜欢美丽的风景。

可是，没那么多心机用美美的相机把它一张张的拍下，
然后又一张张的删掉，
留下最漂亮的一张。

她最近买了新相机，
那天看她玩得爱不释手。

真顶她不顺。

可能迟点也想买一台给老妈吧。
不过一定要简单，容易操作的。
你知道的啦，老人家~
呵呵

好想赚很多钱，
还清债务，
然后给钱他们用，
最后，
当然，好好的花在我身上咯。

首先~
要立妾! 呵呵。
要买一部专用来打机的电脑！

然后,
换一部电话。
不用太贵，
顺眼，顺手就好~

带一笔钱逛书局，玩具店。
喜欢的，
买！

每个月品品红酒。
喝多了，
就可以“仙家，仙家下“

还有什么要买~
暂且，没什么了。

把多余的存下，

读书，
开店，
出车~

Life as Banquet

I don not know how to type out in Chinese for this article, so, pardon me as it will presented in English form.

If you would ask me, what is a banquet?
In old French words, it mean, a feast.

A function where u can eat a lot of food. from appetizer, main course, soup, dessert and drinks.

but, nowadays,
Banquet till hold the same old concept. but, with many other elements added in.

In simple, we, Banquet Waiter does,
- Chairs,
- Table,
- Food and Beverage
- Customers Service
- Food testing ( in private)

For those of you who had been into any hotel banquet function, you'll know what we did.
For those of you who never been, it's ok,

Go to any restaurant, try imagine, it is a empty restaurant,
with no chairs, no decoration, no table, no ppl service you, no food, no drinks.

We, banquet guys, will deliver all these to you.

Why i like banquet?

hmmm, 1st of all, it's not boring, our events and layout is different form days to day.
and most of all,
once after our guest steps out from the ballroom,
we will have our own buffet inside.

i mean.... Food testing.

Banquet holds on to several skills,
Leadership,
Team work,
organizing and planning.

Leadership,
when boss ask something to be done, he will pass to Assit. Manager, then will drop to Supervisor, then to captain, then to lowest ranking waiter to get the job done.

Team working,
after every function (function with F&B involvement) over, no matter where you are, what you are doing, everyone will gather in that specific function room to conduct a, " Food Testing"

All in all, Banquet is the Veteran in F&B service.
We know everything, from Chinese Set, Western, French Service, Bar, and etc.

We will do what we can, to get a thing done.

The best example was,
when i was a part time in a hotel. A guests ask for a cold water, i don not know where to get such things. and so, i turn on my pipe, fill the glass, and Serve.

Guest happy, my ass is save, Mission Accomplish!

Moral of the story is: Eat and Drink what u saw, and don request extra. We hospitality industry is not that Hospitality as you watch in movie.

I enjoy working in Banquet. Sadly, i will need to leave this dept for some while. i need to venture, to gain something more.

And I WILL BE BACK!

遇见彩虹

很久，都没看到彩虹了。

一清早，打开窗帘就看到那么大个彩虹。
心情，也挺开心的。

赶快弄了一杯亲手泡的咖啡，
捧在手里，

一边享受咖啡的浓香，
一边欣赏暮光下的彩虹。

差点就忘记了，
我还在工作。

还敢那么悠闲的偷懒，
偷喝咖啡。
呵呵





很想改变下我格的颜色，
又不是很会。

胡老师，
我等你上线等了好久。

你上了，
叫我色狼就跑了~

回来啊。

。。。。。。

每当到了这样的夜晚，
就会突然的想起她。

她，过的好不好。
